When a bidder asks a question it will be e-mailed to the seller. Because e-mail is not always reliable, it is recommended that sellers access this option from time to time. The page is shown below:
All unanswered questions will be filtered to the top. If a response is needed a red "Response Needed" will appear in the Answer column. To answer a question, click on the link located in the "Lot" column. This will pop-up a window whereby you may answer the question. The response will be e-mailed to the bidder as well as be displayed under the bidder menu. Below is a screen shot of the Answer Question window that pops up:
Simply enter your answer in the "Response" box and click on "Send Response". You will receive a confirmation that the response has been sent.
