To ask a question about a lot you are interested in, click on the 
link
found on the Lot Detail page. This will
pop-up a smaller window on top of the auction site. You must be
logged in to complete this action. If you are not already logged in the
pop-up window will provide a place for you to enter your ID and password.
Once logged in the page will allow you to ask a question as shown below:
Enter your question in the text box provided and then click on "Submit Question". If you decide not to ask the question, you may simply click on the Close button. Once your question is submitted, you may review your questions along with the seller's answers under the "Bidding Menu" found on the top menu.
